Bombs

Im looking for bombs so i can trow them into mines and they get the blocks automaticly in to their inventory, Its for prison

Hopefully someone can help me

Ps, Im also looking for this i have tokens in my game but how can you have signs with enchantments and so they can spend tokens on it !
My server is 1.9.2
