About Me

Hey there folks!

My name is BonjeMaatje_Jr! I am otherwise known as Dylan, I live in the United States and I am 16 years of age. I have much experience and much to offer.

I have school, sports and other activities outside of school. I still try to find ways to staff and manage on Minecraft servers and put a lot of dedication into my work, while trying to have fun and enjoy myself at the same time.

I have a set of skills that I find benefiting me while staffing on servers, I find that I am extremely professional and great to have around to tell a joke or two. I can write with good structure, spelling and grammar. Some of my personal set of skills is being optimistic, kind, caring, compassionate, quick worker and more!

I have a passion for helping users, and love working with communities overall however, the larger the community the more enjoyment I get from it nonetheless I love working with all sizes of communities!

I always am using programs such as TeamSpeak and Discord and I'm always trying to meet new people. I like to have fun and tell jokes when knowing when to be serious and when to work with importance.

Experiences

I have many great experiences, I've had a nice 2-3 years experience in staffing. I have been positions such as Helper, Moderator, Administrator, and Manager​

My First Server

The server that started my staffing career was McWarside, I have staffed on there 3 times.
My first time staffing on here I was brought onto the team as a Helper, two weeks later I had received a promotion to Sr. Helper.

I came back around 6 months later and went to staff on kitpvp, this server had around 20 players on at a time so it was quite boring for me as I couldn't switch back to OpFactions so I resigned.

I came back 2 months later and had my Helper rank for a good 2 weeks or so then left due to family issues.

This server was a server that I was recently staff on but had a problem with one of the Administrators and problems within the staff team so I sadly resigned a month or so after getting staff.

As Community-Manager for TheHoax I represent them by creating documents and announcements, managing staff, managing the network, hosting events and even more!

Task I Can Partake

Meetings ~ I am able to host meetings every week, in said meetings I and the staff team will go through server changes, staff changes and more. I will also take some time to go over topics that need to be addressed to all staff members and when needed go into a private chat. I'll also be able to take any question the staff have.

Moderation/Support ~ Dealing with support tickets. Replying to all applications, bugs, reports, appeals, suggestions, etc.

Announcements ~ I will be able to create announcements to release to the public, staff team or management. This is so that I may address anything that needs to be addressed.

Staff Changes ~ Dealing with resignations, demotions and promotions. I try to handle applications every night. I also try discussing with Administrators who we think should be promoted or demoted, we weigh in pros and cons about the staff member.

I also handle much more, these are just a few of the main things I handle.

Outro/Closure​

So, to finish this all, I am overall looking and considering taking a position for a Staff Manager and just Administrator on a medium sized network (40+ users). I love working with people and communicating, interacting, telling jokes, I love taking part in events and I always have fun while completing work which involves a community.

This server was a server that I was recently staff on but had a problem with one of the Administrators and problems within the staff team so I sadly resigned a month or so after getting staff.

He didn't resign, what he called a resignation was him being demoted after he was catch abusing and banning anyone on the server. He then proceeded to try and say it wasn't him online when his IP matched the forums post of him asking why he was banned. Disagreeing with something in the staff team doesn't mean abusing is the right thing to do - it won't fix anything. In your thread you wrote "I find that I am extremely professional", however abusing your permissions when you disagree with something doesn't show professionalism at all. It shows you are immature and unwilling to improve the network. If you want something to change talk to the Admins or even the Owner about it, and if they still don't change it and you believe it's big enough, resign because of that reason and if multiple people do maybe they'll listen. Abusing and then leaving just shows immaturity and if you did it once (only a few weeks ago too), what stops you from doing it again?

It wasn't a "disagreement" it was because they wouldn't keep us informed about information upon server updates and more. They wouldn't even have weekly meetings to check up on us. I understand that, however I've worked with a lot of large networks (such as Mineplex and the Hive) and they don't keep lower staff informed of updates as it will get leaked. It's completely normal for networks to not keep Helper's and Moderator's informed of things before the community is.

You shouldn't be abusing at all, you should have resigned and dissociated yourself with the network if you didn't like the way it worked. It shows immaturity and unprofessionalism.

Around 3 weeks ago, and in my opinion that's very recent however people interested in hiring you can see it how they wish.

Vouch. Don't let one bad example decide if you accept or not. He worked for a server of mine a while back. Dedicated and hardworking. Just keep in mind alot of people make past mistakes, but they still learn from them.

Everyone on already knew I was resigning, I legit said I was resigning in chat... Therefore it could go either way also, no it does not mean I would be willing to "do bad things" it's in my past.

Also, the "ban appeal" was a joke if you can't really tell. Most everyone who resigned was banned so most of us made funny ban appeals some of them explained why we did what we did some did not.

As one of bonje's friends you may think im being bias but in a standpoint of a regular player, he really has lightened up previous servers i have played on. Bonje is a loyal, upbeat person and if i were a staff manager i would more than happily give him a spot in the team.
