/booster - opens up booster gui displaying all boosters also if the player has a booster if they click on the booster it activates it. (permission: pvping.booster.use)
/booster give (type) (tier) (personal/global) (time) (amount) (player) - gives a booster to the player (permission: pvping.booster.give)
/booster start (type) (tier) (personal/global) (time) - starts a booster for the player or server (permission: pvping.booster.start)
Permanent Player Boosters:
XP Boost: Permission: pvping.permanent.player.exp.(%)
Money Boost: Permission: pvping.permanent.player.money.(%)
Mobcoin Boost: Permission: pvping.permanent.player.mobcoin.(%)
McMMO Boost: Permission: pvping.permanent.player.mcmmo.(%)
