on startup, getting 0xc000000f error

i tried f8 startup, and pressed repair computer, it didnt work.

please help, i am in dire need for this to be fixed as soon as possible

any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Not too sure. I had something like this before but thats because I had a virus and it deleted my os/system 32. So if that happened not too sure how to fix I just bought a new one. Gl with fixing.
