Bored. Plugins for vouches

Almost loosing my mind at this point, i'm that bored lol, making one plugin for a vouch, format below boys.

• /bdi ennable/disable - bdi.enable
• /bdi setamount <number> - bdi.setamount

Other info: Should be similar to /gamerule keepInventory true, but drop a couple random items (/bdi setamount) from the inventory, unless the player has less than 9 different items (one row) in the inventory.
