Hello,
I am Ronaldo, Founder/Owner of BoronMC. Recently I have noticed that my server project was not continuing progress as I had hoped for. I currently only have a Head-Manager, and I seek a Staff, and Community Manager. These roles will work hand in hand to progress Boron and to create a journey in which we can form a community. Now, In real life I own a business, and attend school and it has made it hard for me to be online as often as I want. For this reason I formed a Management team in which these individuals can help me achieve my dream. This is not paid, not until we receive donations. I look forward to hearing from people interested in forming something in which we can look upon and be happy about.

Requirements:
- Age 16 or above
- Must have a resume
- Must be ACTIVE
- Management/Ownership experience
- Working microphone
- Experience with document writing
- Experience in community management
- MUST be able to work with a team
- Leadership, and excellent communication skills

i worked with this team about a month ago as an unpaid dev. on the first day i was told that i was replaceable. to be honest i was mostly there so i can learn to code better but he never really cared about the code. he only cared if i set stuff up for him. the issue is that he gave the builders a longer due date than me and i needed the builders to finish before i can setup about 50% of the plugins. another issue is that someone on his team (pretty sure the admin) kept screwing with files and when he messed them up would blame them on me. in the end i was kicked from the discord and fired and blocked by the team. silently monitoring the server on alts i have seen that they have gone through a lot of staff and i can tell a lot of them resigned or got fired. i would stay away from them as they seem to not really care about the staff and only care about the profits. and to think i almost gave them a $30 anticheat.

You was giving us pirated plugins which is illegal FYI.

that was not me at all, I would never do that. that was the guy after me. I got in contact with him and he said you fired him because he put pirated spartan anticheat on your server. the only reason you needed a new anticheat is because I changed the password for my matrix account

I never pirated shit kid and if you want to say I did then name the plugin I pirated.

Agreed. I was a developer in this server and was asking for tasks that I should do. They didn't give me file access and didn't allow me to download dependencies for things I wanted to make. Eventually, they fired me because "I had a childish behavior because I constantly asked for tasks to be done." (it was unpaid btw and so, was happy to leave).
