I'm a Minecraft builder. I am offering building services to everyone and any server. I'm building all kinds of builds (spawn, hub, arena, lobby). My prices are not high so it is good for low budget clients.​

How i work:
You pay 50% upfront, I make the build on my server and send you the screenshots of the build. If you like it i will send you the build (world save or schematic) and you send me other 50%.

1.All payments are made trough PayPal.
2.You are not allowed to chargeback.
3.No refund after you approved the final product.
4.I have all rights to post screenshots in my portfolio and PMC.
5.I have the right to abandon a commision at anytime but i will fully refund you.
6.You can abandon a commision but i am not required to issue a refund.

That just means if the client wants to add some additional segments to the build or something needs to be changed.

Not necessary, unless the client/customer changes his mind on the whole build and wants a brand new design.
