What you're asking for (the second part) isn't possible without self-botting, if that's what you're looking for. Now I'm not one to judge, but I will say that it is against the Discord TOS and while I and other developers might be willing to do this, you should be aware your account is at risk of getting banned. A bot will only have access to see members channels it can view, so either you run the bot off your account or you invite the bot to the 'cheating discords' yourself.

Agreed with above.
A ban system that logs to mysql is simple and can be done by any confident developer.
"i need a bot so i can search a person discord ID to see if he in any discord channels i have add to bot. example cheating discords"
If you are meaning guilds instead of channel then you can just have the bot check the member list of the guild... but again this would require the bot to be invited to the server.
