Bot Developer for 2 Bots (MUST HAVE REP)

Hey. I am looking for someone WHO HAS REP which would be able to re-code my 2 bots for me. I have a tight budget and I need the bots coded asap.

Bot #1:
I need a bot that will provide my server with moderation commands. (Ban, Mute, Unmute, Warn, Kick). I also need this bot to be able to have a reaction role feature for verification as well as a giveaway ping role and a pink color role (for boosters).

Bot #2:
This is a public bot that I own and which is verified on discord. This bot is called Guess The Number. I need this bot to be able to be configurable for other servers. This bot should be able to host an event that will generate a random number and then close the channel and announce the winner when the number is guessed.
