Bot that connects to Minecraft server

I'm looking to get a custom bot that can connect to my Minecraft server which will allow people to link their Discord account to their Minecraft account and synchronize ranks
well as integrate with a chat monitoring plugin and send messages into a discord channel when a player in-game is swearing/spamming e.g
