Who is the seller? 20% is outrageous and shouldn’t be. Buy from different seller if u in the U.K. I recommend curry’s pc world and in America Westcoast either Best Buy or fry’s

I ordered a PC from ebay the other day too, it was in the UK but im in Spain so it went to a distribution centre to be re-sent, not sure where you are / location of the PC but that might be it. It's the ebays global shipping program i think. hope this helps

Nah i didn't but Uk is still inside of the EU economic zone so idk about America (im assuming that's where your based)

I'm from albania (near greece) it's europe.

if the PC is shipping from Europe and your in Europe then you should be good (check if both places are in the European economic trade area and if they are there should be no import tax)
