Hi guys I have just bought a new motherboard to replace my msi b150m-bazooka

I have bought the MSI Z170A MPOWER GAMING TITANIUM I personally bought it for a few reasons

1. My msi b150m-bazooka doesent contain any m.2 slots and not exactly a great amount of pcie expension slots
2. It has 2 m.2 slots which I will be buying a good ssd for hopefully on my birthday or sooner
3. In my opinion this motherboard looks a lot better

I would like you guys to write your opinion on this motherboard

thanks

The first thing that comes to mind for me is, "Why would you buy a MATX board when you need a ATX board?"
Did you just go on pcpartpicker and choose all the parts at the top of the page? Could you not tell the difference between MicroATX and ATX?

The other question is, "Why would you buy this MOBO instead of other ones, that have a better price to performance ratio?"

This motherboard costs $159.99 (after mail-in rebates) on Newegg. Let's see what we can find that possibly has better performance for a similar price, or maybe we can find a better MOBO for a better price.

I did a little looking around and found 2 MOBO's that are arguably better than this one.

1) https://www.newegg(DOT)/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157754&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
This motherboard also costs $159.99 after mail-in rebates. It has 3 m.2 drives, LED's, and it looks better.

2) http://www.outletpc(DOT)com/kz5685-msi-z170a-gaming-m7-lga-1151-intel-z170-hdmi.html?utm_source=kz5685-msi-z170a-gaming-m7-lga-1151-intel-z170-hdmi&utm_medium=shopping%2Bengine&utm_campaign=pcpartpicker&utm_content=MSI%2B-%2BMotherboards%20%3E%20Intel%20LGA1151
This MOBO costs $152.88 after mail-in rebates. It is cheaper than your MOBO and is the virtually the same, looks very sexy, and will give you the one of the best experiences overclocking.

Don't regret your purchase, or feel the need to return it after this post, I am simply giving you my 2 cents :)

I've bought the msi b150m over a year ago when I dindt really have a need more features however I regret purchasing that board
I don't regret my purchase of the new board I liked the looks and the features and I am a fan of MSI in general and like their kind of bioses.
As to your first link im not exactly a fan of asrock neither am I a fan of that kind of design
as to your second link I most likely would bought it if it was still avaliable on the webstore I buy my products from very few z170 boards left

I personally don't buy anything thats shipped from outside of the netherlands due to how awful the delivery time is and the place where I live is legit a mess when it comes to delivery. So im pretty much forced to have it delivered to a nearby supermarket ;p If i even want to recieve something

very classy jayztwocents ;p[DOUBLEPOST=1503529172][/DOUBLEPOST]
