Bought a resource but haven't received it yet

So i bought a resource but i haven't received it and the setup creator hasn't been online since Saturday so what do i do, i pm'ed him and contacted him on skype

Does anyone have any contact with Panta Rhei or knows his discord

you should be able to access it within 48 hours unless paypal has cancelled it
