Bought atom host... Multicraft is ...

Ok, got atom host, but they gave me no info how to use multi craft. Assuming I create my own account, I do that, and bpom, no servers. Than I use my login info for the host itself, nothing ... Pissed, lost a day of resting time. Help please.

I have Host Atom, and Multicraft is easy to use with them. I had no problems ;p

I prefer Fallout Hosting, they had support agents that spent an hour with showing me how to configure a dedi, and they have good prices for the high quality servers you receive.

You do realize they send you the login info to your Multicraft panel in their receipt email they send to you on purchase, right? xD

As of now, can't do anything, and they don't have any agents online (never?) Um... I want to access multicraft T-T

ALSO, all companies should send you a confirmation email for the panel too with the information to login!

Ok. I don't wanna blame anyone, but this might sound like a rant/ accusation but IT ISNT

Ok I hear they're good people, I know I'm not scammed.

I have gotten an email, with the wrong pass, but someone told me my email with the pass hasn't loaded.

Therefore, either they have a bad image error, or my internet browser is bs.

Hello,

Your Multicraft login details were sent to your email, they do infact work as I personally logged in to double check for you. Our live support is currently not being used, we will be using it when our new website comes out. However we offer Skype and ticket support.

Remember contact support that is what they're here for, my support staff don't use MC-Market.
