Bought from Miners Planet but status says pending

As the title suggests could anybody help me out here, i have the paypal Reciept and teh order confirmation in my emails, but it also says i have to pay the invoice. I have already payed the money i have no idea what to do now, Does it take time? or should i create a support ticket? Just bought it like 10 minutes ago.

Sorry if I made this post in the wrong forum, but im new and this was regarding hosting.

If it says PENDING you may have to wait a few minutes for them to set it up.
Otherwise I assume there is an issue and WHMCS (the billing system) is unable to set the server up which leads to a "block" until someone manually sets your server up.

Hi Mehdi,

For me personally I use my own hosting company so I do not have any experience with the provider you have chosen.
It shouldn't take longer than 5 hours. I recommend creating a ticket and just waiting. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours I recommend contacting PayPal.

I got the same issue when ordering with OVSUS. Wait a few hours, it should resolve the issue by itself.

You're best bet would be contacting them directly about this. It sounds like an issue with the payment gateway. They'll be able to check this on their end.

If the payment has gone through and is showing as having been successful in your PayPal account, then it's likely not an issue on PayPal's side.
However you could call them to double check, but they're likely to tell you to contact the merchant.

Unfortunately I don't know what their response time is. I would say probably up to 5 hours hopefully.

Most companies will respond within a 24-48 hour time frame. Just give it some time, they will get back to you. Unless it was a complete scam, then you probably won't hear from them at all, but I highly doubt that's the case.
