Hey guys,
So I purchased 300 CPs ($300 worth) on TopG.org to get an advertisement on the Top 5 Category on the 6th of February. Since I was a new registered account, the payment is held in authorization on paypal until the owner authorizes it to make sure the payment is legit. I received an Automated Email stating to provide proof (e.g. ID, Passport or Driving Licence) so they can verify my name and address. I sent my Driving License information on the day I bought it (6th February) and been emailing them since. On the site it say's "Your payment will be reviewed and approved manually by our team within 24 hours" but it's been 6 days now with no response to my emails. What do I do?
In the image I attached below shows the approval notice when I go to my CPs page and been showing this for 6 days now.
