BounceMC - Hiring Permanent Developer/Server Manager

BounceMC is a Minecraft Server with a friendly community and several gamemodes including Prison, Factions and KitPvP! Our main developer has recently quit, so we're looking for a permanent new developer.

THE JOB AND WHAT IS EXPECTED

* General maintenance and bug fixing - This will be one of your main jobs. There are often minor bugs that players seem to find, we need these fixed in a timely manner.

* Plugin Configuration - Configuration of new plugins

* Custom Plugins - As well as managing and configuring other plugins, you will be required to make your own when we want unique features implemented.

* Brainstorming New Ideas - As a dev/server manager we expect you to have an input on changes that should be made to the server, and thinking of new ways we can make the server unique and awesome!

* Good Communication - Communication is extremely important to us. Too many times in the past we've hired people who go missing for a week without any warning/explanation. We understand that you might be busy with exams, work or whatever it might be - as long as you communicate we're very understanding.


PAYMENT

As for payment, we can pay the developer a starting price of $100 per month - this would act as a 'trial month' in which we would be able to see your work ethic and quality of work.

We have hired developers for a lot more in the past, but have then discovered that they do barely any work, so we now pay lower for the first month just in-case you don't deliver - then we don't get ripped off. If we decided to keep you on as a developer then obviously your income will be increased dramatically. Payment will of course increase as the server grows, we are planning on investing in some advertising shortly which will grow the server, and grow your wallet.

Myself and other staff are Australian, so if anyone reading this is Australian/currently living in Australia then we'd love to hear from you. But of course, we are accepting applications from all countries!

Taking the mean as 1.5 hours per day and assuming a month is 31 days long, that makes it about $2.15 per hour.
The minimum wage in my country for my age (16) is the equivalent of $5.70 per hour.

Any developers, bear in mind this job pays less than half minimum wage.

Hmm I'll probably edit it then, the reason I said $100 minimum is because the first month would act as a 'trial month' and if the person we hire didn't perform then all they'd be getting is 100. I'll fix it up later.
