Bow damage plugin

Hello there,

I’m looking for a plugin that will alter the bow hit system in my server.

What the plugins needs to do is look for lore on an item, for example : Bow [Rank I]

If the item contains this lore it will do for example 5-10 damage when fully charged.
(this must be configurable)

I need to be able to alter the hits made by bows also it needs to be able to add ranks for example in lore: "Bow [Rank II]" this needs to do for example 10-15 damage. (also configurable)

I need to be able to add ranks, maybe something like: /bowranks create <rankname> <dmg>
/bowranks create Rank_I 5-10
/bowranks create Rank_II 10-15

/bowranks info <rankname>
Displays damage of certain rank.

/bowranks delete <rankname>

Allso, I use skillapi which is able to add attribute points to players for example: Strength. When adding points in strength or when an items contains lore that adds strength the damage a player does will go up.
The plugin will need to respond to this increase in strength

Please tell me what this plugin would cost if you were to make this so we can discuss the payment
