I am looking for an enchant upgrade plugin.

Info:
You kill mobs to upgrade the bow power of the bow. For example
i my self kill 5 mobs it becomes power 1 i would kill 10 more mobs i get power 2.
This plugin must have a config and up to 8 power enchants.

I am paying 20$ for this.
