[brag] and [item] plugin

I cant seem to find one of these plugins that is up to date and working.
If you dont know what this plugin does, you type [brag] in chat and when a player clicks on it in the chat it brings up a gui of that players inventory from what it was when they typed [brag].
When a player types [item] in chat, other players can hover over that and see what the item is and the lore of the item.
If anybody knows of one that is up to date and working please link it to me.
