Hey everyone,
I'm TheCamoWaffle, the owner of OceanMC alongside Arus. We've been in development for months now and are going to officially release map 1 on the 20th of April 2019.
We're currently looking for an active and dedicated team of staff to help players and stop/punish rule-breakers.
Applicants must have a mic, and spend at least 2 hours a day on the server unless they have a good reason for their absence.
Available Positions:
We're looking for general helpers throughout the server to prove themselves during the first stage of their staffing at OceanMC. Helpers basically just moderate the chat, temporarily muting players that are breaking chat rules, as well as reporting any rule breakers to moderators.
Most helpers will eventually become moderators, which is when they will get a lot more permissions and be able to actually deal with rule breakers beyond the chat. Moderators are responsible for working with Helpers in order to catch and punish cheaters/rule-breakers.
Senior Moderator is the highest staff position available. The team of 3 senior moderators will be responsible for directing a pair of moderators each, as well as helping out senior staff with recruitment/firing decisions and general staff updates.
