I am Plan On starting a Minecraft Service within the next week, I have owned many smaller servers before in the past I ended up selling now I'm looking to go big that I have more funds now

I am Looking to bring on a Operator or Manager , Admins, and Mods ATM with experience to build a good Server .

I suggest changing "Co-Owner" to Manager or Operator. In my opinion, Co-Owner is quite a childish and unprofessional outlook for the server. Please note that this isn't me hating or slating you, just trying to give some advice.
