Brand New MCMMO Server Seeking Active Staff!

Hello all! I'm Ali3liz, and I just opened up Retronix! We are an McMMO server, with a subtle factions twist! I need all applications to be posted in the comments with as much detail as possible! I'd prefer all staff to be 16+, however, I acknowledge that there can always be an exception. I'm looking for all staff positions except for Co-Owner or Developers. The rest is open! It's also a plus if you could donate, but I hate asking anyone for money, so do what you want . Please copy and paste the application down below, and I'll get back with everyone ASAP! 2. How active can you be?:Ill try my best, maybe 2-3 hours a day?

4. What can you bring to the server that's unique to you?: I am a good learner, and I am quite empathetic, I can feel what other people feel, and will do my best to feel what its like to be them to help them as much as possible!
5. One strength and one weakness, why?: Strength: I'm quite good at following rules, and I am able to pick up skills easily and us them well, I would like to feel the responsibility of being a staff member.
6. Experience on other servers: Haven't been a staff member before, but I feel like it would be a good experience and would really like to try it!

8. Explain a time that you've had to work with a difficult player.: Haven't had any difficult encounters, mainly just certain people that can maybe get a bit annoying or start arguments.
9. How would you explain your work ethic?: I am a hard worker who can follow instructions easily, I am able to think for myself, and wont always need to reference other members of staff.
