We are please to announce that we are recruiting staffs for our brand new server. The theme of the server would be Prison

1. Developer (10)
-
Develop plugins for our servers
- Beta-testers of the servers
- Help with programming Plugins
- Brainstorm ideas to make our servers more unique

2. Graphic Designers

I don't consider developers staff, so would that position be paid as they are making custom plugins?

Hey Tripps, Thanks for asking. We would like to answer your question as a No for now as we are just beginning on this journey on creating a brand new server. However, in the future, we will try our best to reward those who have assisted us in developing the server :)

Thanks for the honest answer, but depending on the plugin size you are wanting made; you might not get any developers to work for free. Now if the plugins are small then maybe, but with big plugins that would be a no.

We are planning to start it small and when everything is up and running, we may consider paying as our way of thanking!

7. Do you have any experiences in being a staff in Minecraft? (If so, please do provide examples of your build or any form of proof): I was the owner of a small server, had about 10-20 players. No proof, sadly.
8. Why should we choose you over other applicants?: Cause I have experience.
9. What would you do in a situation that you face that is very difficult for you to handle?: Contact staff higher up, or other staff with the same rank (maybe even lower, depending on the situation) and ask them for a bit of assistance.
10. Anything else that you wish to let us know?: I do have a mic, I just don't prefer to use it..

Currently, I have 3 years of experience moderating and managing Minecraft servers of all types. I've taken up the various roles in different servers throughout my career. Here are some of the servers used to work in:

Build Inc (Owner) Proof: I still have the server files, I can start up the server for you to join
I used to own a creative server by the name of Build Inc back in the 1.5.2 version of Minecraft. This server was home hosted due to lack of funds on my part and had about 10 players online during those times when it was up. I was the only staff member on the server for a long period of time, managing the players as well as the plugins. It was only after 2 weeks, when the playerbase grew, that I recruited 2 pre-helpers to assist me. The server eventually went down due to a system fault.

I joined this server as an administrator after helping the owner configure his permission groups. Then, I helped the owner manage every aspect of his server, from the plugins to recruitment. Throughout my time as an administrator in ThunderMC, I got the opportunity to practice and improve my recruitment skills. I was known by the players for being strict when selecting staff and none of the staff I've chosen had ever broken the rules or abused their powers. After serving as administrator for a while, I was promoted to staff manager and eventually lead staff. Unfortunately, the server closed down due to the owner's negligence, and this whole experience lasted for more than a month.

TechnologicalRealms(Co-Owner) Proof: minecraftservers (dot) org/server/268953
The owner was looking for an experienced partner for his server, and I decided to help him. Through my time here, I helped the owner manage the players and have solved countless plugin issues. Unfortunately, the server, together with the owner vanished one day and I wasn't informed on the reason.

Secret Society (Developer)
This is a highly customized server with many custom plugins and command blocks. My job here was to assist the owner in configurating his plugins. Eventually, I resigned as the owner was too fickle minded about what he wanted his server to be (changing from drugs and pvp to parkour themed)

ArcadiaRealms (Admin+)
In this server, I have improved my judgement when punishing rule-breakers. Here, there were countless chat spammers, advertisers and users of modified clients. While I learnt how to deal fair punishments an judge fairly in Build Inc, I had even more opportunities to practice it here, with players finding loopholes in the rules every once in a while. Eventually I left this server as they were hiring too many staff members for their relatively small playerbase.

Here are some aspects of server management I'm experienced and do well in:
- Plugin management
- Plugin configuration
- Player moderation
- Staff management
- Recruitment management
- Rules creation

I can do the following well enough for most cases, although am not very experienced:
- Plugin creation
- Plugin modification
- Website creation and management
Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I believe that the main advantage I have over other applicants is my experience. I've helped multiple servers of all gamemodes to start up and I ensure that my work is of high quality. I'm also more versatile than other applicants being able to manage plugins and the server website in addition to just moderating players.
What would you do in a situation that you face that is very difficult for you to handle?
Based on past experience, I'll always find a way to work things out. Of course, I'll inform the owner if my decision or the situation would have a huge impact on the server. That being said, if any other staff members are online, I would seek their help and advice before making critical choices.
