Brand New Survival Server - Staff Wanted

Greetings MC Market

My new survival server (Join at 45.35.63.66:25762, 1.12.2) needs staff. I am really looking for 4 positions. ANY position will not be paid until the server grows and starts making money.
Requirements to be staff:

Moderator
To be a moderator, you must meet the following:
Have a Discord Account (a mic is preferred but not required)
Be at least 13 years old, NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
Past moderating experience is preferred, but again, not required.
Able to have proof of rule breakers (Record and Screenshot)


Builder
To be a builder, you must meet the following:
Discord Account
At least 12 years old (Exceptions can be made)
Experience is preferred
Builds you have made (With proof. If it is a Multiplayer server, send a screenshot with CoreProtect saying you placed it)


Manager
To be a Manager, you must meet the following:
Discord Account
At least 14 years old (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Working mic is preferred
Experience with this will Heavily improve your chances of being accepted
Ability to manage with Lower Ranked Staff (Trainee, Moderator, etc.)


Developer
To be a Developer, you must meet the following:
Discord Account
At least 15 years old (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Working mic is preferred
Experience with this will Heavily improve your chances of being accepted
Ability to both create new plugins and configure existing ones.

wait... manager is 14 while dev is 15, damn... that's actually really odd. Never seen a manager position be younger than a dev position.

just a heads up as well, there is an extra "ENTER" in the builder application.
