Staff ok developers never. You have to understand that:
  1. This is a MARKET forum
  2. You are new
  3. No details on the server
  4. Looks like another server hosted on a pc and not a dedicated server or service
  5. Why would we work for you

You might find someone, but anyone who is good with Java and the BukkitAPI, wont just make you plugins for free. Why would they, when they could be doing something else, or been paid to make a plugin.

If you can afford a dedicated server, why dont you have the money to pay a developer? You would be better with shared hosting, and a paid developer. Than a dedicated server with a free one.
