BrawnPvP Staff Recruitment

Hello McM my name is Jesus, IGN Scrubbing. Today I am here to offer positions on my server that is releasing this upcoming weekend.

The server name is BrawnPvP, it is a factions server with custom enchants, and a few custom plugins such as Envoys, Auction, and more custom plugins coming in the future and it is versions 1.8x1.11. Now I already know most of you are going to comment that Factions is over rated, yeah I know so don't waste your time and leave the thread if you aren't interested.

I am looking into recruiting for all positions. If you are interested please apply by PM.

I am also currently recruiting 2 owners who want a partnership to make the server even better then it's going to be. You must have a budget of $100 a month in order to get recruited. As an owner you will also be getting a percentage of the donations profits.

Why do you want to be a staff member? - I love helping out new faction servers and giving ideas. I hope to see them grow up to at least 50 players after or during my time as staff. I am very calm and mature in any situation.
What do you expect to get out of being staff member in our server? - I expect kindness, maturity, and respect.
Do you have experience as a staff member? - Yes, many. I've been admin, mod, and helper on countless servers. I either quit or the server got shut down. I'm familiar with everything to do with staff and rules and have been an owner.
What staff commands are you familiar with? - tp, tphere, tpall, fly, kick, ban, tempban, mute, pl, bp, crates, and many more essential cmds and plugins.

Extra: Since there really isn't much room for explanation and personal understanding, I'll explain many things about me. I'm a redstone geek, I've made mods but no plugins, I understand config and know little java. In any situation my first thought is to consult an owner. Even with the obvious hacking, I still will record it and show the most I can, in other words I will usually never do anything the owner wouldn't want. I won't always rely on recording, but in situation that is moderately important, I will record. I've been playing mc for 6 years and have actually owned my own server which got shut down, sadly, to a Ddos attack which was the last thing in my mind. Thanks for reading ~
