It's like hating on someone because they're in a lower grade than you. It doesn't make sense and is rather immature.
All it is, is bragging about having Java knowledge. I understand that it's frustrating to see people create plugins with less knowledge and effort but after all you get the same finished product. You get what you see and if you don't want to use it because it's written in a different language then don't but don't pick on people for using Skript. You're not gonna get any respect for it.
