Bring back banned users tab

I'm not quite sure why it was removed. I feel like it would help us a lot because you can't check who's banned and for why atm.

Mick has already stated multiple times that he will not bring back the ban list. Sure, we all loved it. But in the end he's the owner and it's his decision that for now he is not willing to change.

I wish there was a reason behind this.

if I recall correctly Mick mentioned blackmail and harassment. Also humiliation could be a big one.

tbh, banned users can be found by viewing their profile, but a banlist will be easier and show the things users have done so you know who to deal with and who not to.
