Bring back old factions

Am i the only one who's sick of going online to find a server, and being bombarded with a fuck ton of hub/network servers? Some of them out there are good but literally almost every server is out there is either a hub server with a constantly revolving player base, or a hcf server with no unique qualities or personality. I miss the good old days when factions weren't fucking retarded OP. (HCF) When you join your main server and the playerbase is a retained community with names you recognize and play with everyday. I can't be the only one who misses these days. If anyone knows of a nice simple factions server with a small community please share here because i'm sick of fucking hcf and hub servers

I agree. I remember the old days playing the OG SaicoPvP, OG Archon Servers, and when everyone didnt copy Cosmic

imo.
hcf = full of sweats and toxic people. fun gamemode, horrible community.
factions = pay to win. even the 'original' servers are. want good gear? donate for prot 10!
skyblock = fun for everyone :^)

I have just kind of figured out everything was better in the "good ol' days"
Playerbase was both higher and more spread out so you could find a server you both liked AND had a decent population.
Now all the playerbase flocks to pay-and-bail cheap and crappy servers with all the same 5 gamemodes.

Considering that Microsoft/Mojang are probably planning to set up some sort of Minecraft Partnership for servers, they'll probably start cracking down harder on servers like that, while allowing their own partner servers to have a moderate amount of income-generating elements that would currently break the EULA (bedrock edition Lifeboat network has plenty of those, yet they're one of the officially listed servers on Bedrock).
