Throwback to the old days when we had the buttons for bolding shit & italic shit.
One day they randomly got removed because there was a little bit of chaos in shoutbox (iirc) and they weren't added back, iirc when Bosny was managing MCM
I suggest adding these buttons back for easier formatting and overall, more professionalism.

I'd prefer to remove the ability to remove bold and italic bbcodes completely. I don't really see a need for us to have this in a chat box and it's just pretty annoying to have people advertising in bold the entire time.
