Bring back the scam report section. I think myself and many community members as well as even staff liked to browse the scam reports in their free time.
I'm quite unsure why they were removed but perhaps they could be added back not on the main page but somewhere like mc-market.org/transaction-disputes
It was a neat category and feature and I would personally love it back if there isn't any issue.

I agree with this. I honestly found myself getting a drink and just reading through scam reports for hours. It was unhealthy, but at the same time really entertaining.

Aside from the entertainment aspect, it is really important to have transparency when dealing with trading on the forums. For me, it feels that removing the publicity of the scam report section has in a way removed the ability for MC-M to become more transparent to the community. I can see why you would want to remove it in a way, but the easy fix is to approach it how Jasmine said by adding a URL for it and maybe adding it to the top under the "Support" tab. Just a really easy thing to do and has no reason why it should not be there.

Why did they remove it?

I myself used to dig in and go through a lot, but a lot of the times the scam report section was very useful for people who were very weary about dealing, especially when (no offense to the resolvers, admins, moderators; as I don't expect you to spend 100% of your time on scam reports) the process of scam reports were lacking and were building up overtime.

Allowing them to be visible at least let the buyer interpret whether to deal with users or not and see the evidence to take the risk. I don't know the current status of the marketplace but this screams that it's going to cause more issues than resolving.

If a member has a transaction dispute opened against them, it will appear on their profile under the "Transaction disputes" tab. You are still able to view scam reports if you have a link to them, which the tab provides.

Ah fair enough, excuse my comment and appreciate the information.

What happens if a user makes their profile private? How would scam reports be accessed for that user then?

Its my understanding that Transaction Dispute will continue to show under that tab regardless of the profiles visibility status.

Ah interesting. I apologize for my earlier comment then.
Yeah, sorry, I edited my post with a preview of what we see.

Ill join this. I agree it should be brought back as to be honest, they were a fun read, and secondly, if we ever need to tag into them with evidence from previous dealings that might be related to the case, we can.

I have no issue with the new way of accessing scam reports, I think what people are saying is they want them all to be in one place so that they can read through them on a Wim if they fancy, I find myself doing that more than I should...

Although having them on profiles is a nice feature, going from profile to profile finding a scam report to read isn't the same as having a full on archive of them.
