What Goku says is true. He originally stole my website template (Made by Isaac a.k.a MrMine) www.mythicprison.org and he admitted to it on skype. He said he had the right to use it so he just keeps reselling to people.
Back then I think 120 Logo Included. He does an excellent Job.
What we did was perfectly in our rights, we discussed this over Skype, whether you like(d) the outcome or not, it doesn't matter. At the end of the day, all you have to do is add a copyright tag at the bottom of your page, like I've said God knows how many times, and it'll stop this happening.

I have seen code be stolen from other websites and he got money from it.
At the end. The site he "got" the code from was not copyrighted and its on codepen. ( http://codepen.io/MrMiner2229/pen/XJZgMN )
Codepen has no copyright. Its a way to share code. So. He did not "steal" code from him.
But i still think would he did not not fair and should have asked permission.

Well I thought of the design myself so ..
Today I was contacted by one of the customers of Brod designs, they asked me to create some enjin modules for them which brod designs could not do. I agreed and asked for more details but when the customer sent me the link to their website (which brod designs had created) I saw that the navigation menu looks exactly like the navigation menu that I created for one of my previous customers (Callous gaming).
Here is the proof that they stole the work of Blastic Designs and charged someone for them.

You can see with a first glance that the menu is the same pretty much but for more proof I looked at the CSS to see if the CSS codes I wrote for Callous Gaming are the same. They were.

DMCA badge has been on Callous Gaming for half a month, you can see that for yourself by clicking it on the website footer.
Even if there was no copyright a "professional" design company must know best to not copy other designers' work and resell them to their customers. I have took the time to write this because I care about my customers and the work I create and I do not appreciate it being stolen and sold by other "designers".
