Broken Resource System

Someone bought a 9$ resource from me and MCM didn't make the sale. It only processed the paypal transaction. It didn't add him to the resource.

As a result he chargeback, this happened twice.

I believe that this must have been the issue, and with no response stating otherwise I'll assume this was the case.
