I would love to help out. I am full currently working on my server but I though I would share a few tips! First of all, $50-$200 is a small budget. It's alright for servers but if you want staff and plugins and builds, you'll need more. A full out custom factions server isn't cheap. Also try to go for some other games as well as the factions. More games would bring a more broad playerbase[DOUBLEPOST=1450290916,1450288777][/DOUBLEPOST]I have found an open spot on my time for around Christmas. I would be happy to help now! I like your staff application, I will be definitely getting back to on Friday once we start working on the server. I will add you including 5 other people who have been accepted. Thanks so much for taking your time writing this and I will get on to the server. I like your ideas about how the other server owners had acted and honestly I want to make this server for the enjoyment of the players not for the money but donations to the server would help. It's for the fun not the money. I have best friends who own 50-100 player servers and all they care is about the money and I believe that it isn't the way to think. But i thank you for writing here and I hope we are successful for the server goals.Staff Rank: Preferably Admin, though, I would take a lower ranked position if offered.
Hello, My IGN is UglyPro2123. My timezone is Eastern time zone and I will be on A LOT since I play Minecraft everyday. I am 16 Years old and I live in New York, USA. I have been playing since 1.5. I would like to become a staff member because I love helping people and making them enjoy their Minecraft experience. I love the Minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times, I still enjoy helping it. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes, not blow the server up, and I see myself as a good member of your team. I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on VenuxCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had a lot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the staff members do all the work and then having them not take any of the credit) and I didn't like the fact that they chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on SpiderCraft, a small 15 slot server which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing). My goals as staff are simple, but may have a impact on staff as a whole, or just me. I want to bring another hard working, caring, and fun Admin. I want to be active with the community and help everyone who needs it. I will also work hard, and work above and beyond what some Admins do now. I want to work twice as better as last time I was Admin. In Conclusion, As staff on other servers, I have had the most wonderful times. From assisting people, to talking to the community. I have loved every part of being staff and would love to be a staff again, being much more active and much more helpful than before. Can't wait to work with you!

My in game name is CakeSG. I live on the east coast and my hobbies are playing minecraft, marketing, and sports. I hold the owner position of the Cake Network. We have a 32 GB dedicated server and we are upgrading to 128 for the new year. Our server has currently 0-25 players on. Currently it's about 10 players on. We have made around $200 in our first month. I can go through lots of stress. I handle almost everything on our server. The hardest thing is handpicking good staff applications and dealing with rules breakers. Our server will hopefully grow once we move to our dedicated server. Currently we have a temporary server that only has 1 game. We look to release with many more. One of our Devs is custom coding kitPvP! All of the $200 has went into the dedicated server. I do plan to get a small income from our network but most of the money we get will go back into the server to make it better! I have many things I could bring to your network! First off, a shop setup(With all the ranks and perks ect)! I could even help you make a Buisness PayPal if you still need one(Buycraft requires it to get donations). I am always on the lookout for rule breakers and good people in the community that might make great staff. I can also offer some servers for you. Cheap price at $1 per GB(Undecided) when I do start my hosting company! I can also setup many plugins as well as bungee! I would setup your DNS settings if you have a domain and I can setup Xenforo for you if you have a webhost!(I will get one of my admins to set it up for you!). I can setup permissions as well as factions(I just need a spawn and a plugin)! I have a build team as well. I have a hub on sale for $5.50 currently. We can remove the Christmas decorations though. I can also sell you a factions spawn that I have! I do have some requests though. Those are that 1. I get Admin on the server and 2. I get at least the promised 5% of money made.
