Well...there's no way for a contract to actually be legit and be punishable if broken as you're 13 and this is the online world. Then you probably will need to hire somebody to write you a contract, because every single thing has a exploit of course.

First off, you're not at the legal age of suing someone nor are you at the legal age to own any form of payment. So good luck on earning money considering it seems like you're not interested in getting any parental guardian involved.
