BSkyBlock way to TP players to hub without typed command?

Just curious if anyone has a solution to this problem. I would like to allow players to return to my hub from BSkyBlock without having to type a command. I'm open to all possibilities

What do you mean exactly?

Like a portal or a sign included in the blueprint. Could also be an item locked in the players hotbar that they use?
