BSP + TokenEnchant Setup

On my prison server I would like people to buy enchantments through BossShopPro but unfortunatly BSP and TokenEnchant are both things I am not familiar with. If someone would like to either help me configure or configure it for me, that would be much appreciated
I already have both plugins installed!
