BTC Exchange Question...?

Hi everyone!

I had a big question I know a lot of people ask, but I am going to ask it anyways, is BTC exchange profitable?

I was thinking about starting BTC to PayPal and PayPal to BTC exchange, is this profitable? Do you have any tips or advice to give me?

It used to be if you could prevent from being scammed, but now its really hard to get btc at a good rate so I don't know if its profitable unless you find a way to get it at a cheap rate then I would say it is.
