Hello, I am opening a BTC Exchange service. I can sell OR buy bitcoin. I currently use a large automatic exchange service so it may take 1-2 hours for the conversion to be completed as I need to send it to my bank then them, but it's usually done within 5-15 minutes.
Currently I am doing a maximum of $50 at a time due to my bank denying large payments without waiting for the payment to fully authorize which takes 2-3 days. I am working on fixing this.
Update: I am only selling BTC to users with at least 250 messages and +10 reputation. Sorry for the confusion. I will buy BTC off anyone after 1 confirmation.
My current fee is 10% with a minimum fee of $3. So for anything less then $30, it's a $3 flat fee.
