I am looking into purchasing a server to host a semi-op faction server (max p5, buffed eco), and I found PebbleHost. From what I can tell, they are a reputable host, however I came upon a dilemma, if I am looking to spend around $15, should I purchase the $16 Plan that would give me 16gb, or should I do their premium plan of $15.75 for 7gb?

Here is the link to PebbleHost - https://pebblehost.com/minecraft

Honestly, you don't really need more than 4gb if you're a starting server. Maybe 6 if you have a LOT of plugins.
It doesn't really matter which one you choose, they're both almost the same.
Option 1 has more ram which won't necessarily be used, while Option 2 has extra DDoS protection, which probably won't be used either.
The better option is to just go with the 4gb budget plan and save yourself some money. If you expect a lot of players, get the premium version.

If you use this [Link] and Use code 'DIAMONDRUSH' you can get a server for as low as 75¢ Regarding your question Budget works perfectly fine :D
