Bug Plugin

I just made a plugin for bugs. The commands are
/bug (Enter in bug here) Also one time until a OP deleted them
/seebugs (OP only or have Bug.see)
/delbugs (Enter in playername that submitted the bug also OP only or have Bug.del)
Get are the bugs players have submitted and remove them!

The Bugs are stored in the config file
NEW UPDATE:
Commands:
/seebugs to /seebugs&bans
/delbugs to /delbugsordelbans
/banplayerbugs (Permission)
