Build Quote | Greek Spawn

Howdy everyone, I am here to ask for a quote on how much you would charge for a such a build.

Requirements:
- Must provide portfolio, estimated size, and cost.
- Not really look for service teams (huge hassle).
- Please keep everything on the thread... I do not want private messages.

It needs to be a floating island with the mountain atop of it, with buildings of this style and theme surrounding it. The build must then include the following:
- We would need a parthenon, that would include room for 3 NPCs (A battle pass, help menu, and daily rewards). This is also where players will spawn
- There needs to be a shop/market area with room for 14 shop NPCs (They can be relatively close, just not them on a pedestal.) with a pedestal for an auction house NPC.
- There needs to be an area for a special NPC called Charon (with accurate theme/styling)
- There needs to be an area for a special NPC called Midas (with accurate theme/styling)
- There needs to be an area for fishing
- There also needs to be an area to exemplify a custom plugin. Leave area blank and a size of 25x25.
- There needs to be an area for crates
- There needs to be an area for 3 custom enchant NPCs
- There needs to be an entrance into the mountain. Just leave entrance blank and no tunnel. This is gonna be a portal

Areas would most-likely and preferable be like temples shown.

What the hell are these insane prices you people are offering? 180x180 for $250? That's outrageous. You guys also need to photoshop your builds to make them look better too? Borderline scamming.

I could probably fit everything into 300x300 blocks and I'll do it all for $90 + I'll feature your build and server in a youtube video that usually gets around 300-1000 views.

With all do respect to you and your portfolio, quality comes with a price.

And regardless of your vouches, we have more than enough vouches on and off of McM for the several happy clients we have worked with present and past.

There shall be no slandering, fights, arguments, or the like on my thread. Knock it off. Everyone is entitled to quote for as much or as little as they wish. It is my decision on how much I am willing to pay and for what.
