BUILD TEAM FOR MY SERVER SPAWN!

Hye everyone !

I'm creating new server with COD zombies.
This is a 1type game plugin server, so I'm not looking for a hub spawn.
I'm looking for a zombie based spawn with places where I can put information about donations, rules, a spot where they can check out the maps and game modes.
Some parkour aswell

Since it's a zombie server, maby some zombie based elements in there?

Please also mention price range ! It does NOT have to be a very big spawn! Just big enough to roam around
