Build Team Needed

Recently I have been looking for a build team. I need a faction spawn and a Pvp Arena made, I currently do not have any specific idea in mind for how I want it to look but I thought I would leave that up to the builders, My only request is that it is a suitable spawn for 85-100 players. As for the PvpArena my only request is that it will have a spectator area and the arena. If you are interested please send me a: Private message

*Note:The most I am willing to pay is 50$ due to the fact that I do not want these builds to be huge I want them to be normal sized at around 90x90 to 150x150
