Build Team Owner / Manager

Hello MCM! Today, I am going to be looking for the following

1 Owner
2 Managers

I need the owner to do the following

Invest into a website, domain and host
Being active to recruit Builders, sales rep and any other ranks
Know how to setup anything we may need in the future or now (Website, domains)
Have experience so we become known and not a small build team

I need a manager to do the following

Hire builders, sales rep and any other ranks
Being active
Getting the best options for any roles
(Ex. Getting professional / experienced builders and not inexperienced builders)
Keep the website, discord and portfolio optional and clean

NOTE : Both roles WILL get paid when we start to get orders

Builders will get 80% of their job and Owners / Managers get 20%
