My name is Ekooc, I've been a member of the MCM world for a nice amount of months and have gained a nice amount of reputation. With the work off my partner and I we've decided to open a market place for server owners to purchase goods from. We're in need of builders though. Yet, many others are in the wanting of builders too we're willing to pay a nice amount for them too.
See, with us you have the option to gain yourself nothing to everything with our system in-place for our builders (you can see below) we've got the ability for you (the builder) to gain more then the others if you're to provide more builds.
See the system works like this:
Every month you will receive your share of the selected amount, this will be on a set day of the month and repeated every month. However as we know from experience several builders may not put their time into the build but still receive a share of the sum which isn't fair on the main builders. So we've decided to use an alternative way that should solve that issue. This is why we've created something called "the list". Lets say for an example there are 10 builders, 5 builders did nothing that month as they're not able to. This means them 5 builders who did nothing won't be on the list. However the 5 builders who did so something would get put onto the list. See, lets say the builders are called Rob, Bob, Sam, Andrew and Katie. Where Rob built 4 builds, Bob built 2, Sam built 2, Andrew built 1 and Katie built 1. That makes 10 builds provided. Now with the share of the sum that is for the List to be split between the ones on the list was for an example 400$(Don't expect numbers this large) and there was 10 builds provided by the 5 builders. That means 400/10 = 40$ a build. Rob would receive 4x40$ = 160$, Bob would receive = 80 and the same for Sam and Andrew + Katie would receive 40$ each too...
See with this system in place we can give the builders who build what they deserve. If you're to do a joint build that build would be split between you and in the example above would get you what the share of 40$/(amount who build that one build) and that would be your share of that selective build.
