I love how you ask after how many of this site's equivalent of "likes" the builder has, and not their actual building skill. Also, a factions spawn is not something you need a whole team for unless you want it VERY quickly.
The reason i asked for the amount of likes was because i want someone that can be trusted.

I don't know how many builders on here have 100+ ratings, but I doubt they're common. Most people are like me, they've been on here a while but not actively collecting ratings.
That;s another thing. Its easy enough to get ratings by things like trading rate-for-rate. I agree that someone who has little to no ratings is less likely to be trustworthy than someone with a lot, but 100+ is something that can only be achieved by being ALL over this site and constantly posting stuff to get "agrees" and "likes".
I could come on here, create an account, and do just that, then proceed to scam someone anyway.
Anyway, its your choice. If you want a builder like that from here, I wish you the best of luck. It may take even longer than selling an expensive build (which is what I'm doing).
