I'm not able to pay anyone due to this pandemic, i only have enough to keep the server going.

I'm looking for:
Builders to create a hub, spawn and other things that's needed.
Developers to create small plugins. (nothing major)
If this goes well as a server and the ones who have stuck through it will get paid but that's once i'm back to work.
