How much are you paying and what are the sizes for the builds?

It's not a square so hard to tell the exact size but nothing huge. I need it to be as a medieval cave, so basically there should be a tunnel under ground with a bigger area with 3-5 small rooms. Basically 4 different tunnels with slightly different designs.
Price is negotiable, I am interested in quality.
